The location was excellent for accessing downtown Gettysburg, despite ongoing construction nearby. The dining options were limited and not suitable for those with dietary restrictions. Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with some ups and downs. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate all five of us comfortably, but we encountered issues with peeling paint and stains on the walls and ceiling. The service was welcoming and helpful during check-in and throughout our stay, but we were disappointed by the lack of remorse when the pool was closed. The location was nice but a bit outside downtown, close to several attractions, and in front of Eisenhower's spot. The dining experience could have been improved with more variety, though the freshly baked cookies were a nice touch.
